Our goal is to deliver safe results while minimizing the risk of any complications associated with surgical procedures. If you are determined not to be a candidate, Dr. Tirgari will carefully walk you through important steps and lifestyle changes that will help you become a candidate, including smoking cessation.

You can rest assured that all of your medical records will be kept confidential. Your privacy is extremely important to us. In fact, we always strive to perform cosmetic surgery procedures with precision and results that will look great but will go unnoticed to those around you. We strive to deliver the best aesthetic results without anyone knowing a procedure was done.

Your Post-Operative Care

After your liposuction surgery with Dr. Tirgari, we will be there for you during the entire recovery process. In addition to receiving detailed post-op instructions, our team will check on you on a regular basis and Dr. Tirgari will be available to you 24/7 should you have any questions and/or concerns.

You will also undergo routine post-op exams at our San Diego or Carlsbad office with Dr. Tirgari. In order to ensure the best possible results and a safe recovery, it is very important that you follow our post-operative recommendations.

Your Consultation

During the consultation, our doctor will listen to your concerns and go over the different treatment options. He will also closely examine the areas of concerns in order to draft a customized treatment plan. Dr. Tirgari will also discuss your diet and lifestyle, such as physical activity. In order to avoid any complications, he may request blood work and review your medical history as well as current medications and supplements you are taking. If you decide to go forward with the procedure, Dr. Tirgari will explain the treatment plan in great detail and provide you with pre-and-post operative instructions.

Late Arrivals

We appreciate your courtesy when making your appointment. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or possibly rescheduled in order to provide you and other clients the best possible service and to accommodate others who may be scheduled after you. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice or Appointment No-Shows are subject to a cancellation fee of $100 or forfeiture of the scheduled service.
